Add paired worksheet fixtures for structure, block, example, and title-page commands across AutoDoc comments and .autodoc files where those commands are valid. Keep declaration-only commands out of plain-text worksheets and update expected outputs for the local-package worksheet test harness. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
